Food & Beverage All‑Rounder – Auckland Hospitality Role

About the role

JO&JOE Auckland is looking for a Food & Beverage All‑Rounder to join its vibrant hostel‑hotel environment. You will support both bar and kitchen operations, ensuring guests receive a friendly, seamless experience in a fast‑paced, community‑focused setting.

Key responsibilities

• Take food and drink orders accurately and serve guests at the bar or tables.
• Deliver food to tables with attention to presentation and timing.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene across service areas, including tables, counters and equipment.
• Monitor stock levels and communicate replenishment needs to the manager.
• Assist the team during events and busy periods to create an inclusive atmosphere.
• Follow all safety, hygiene and responsible alcohol service protocols.

Required profile

• Natural flair for customer service and a positive, team‑oriented attitude.
• Strong sense of responsibility, attention to detail and willingness to learn.
• Minimum one year experience in a similar hospitality role.
• Fluent English and legal right to work in New Zealand.

Required skills

• English language proficiency.
