Fleet Coordinator

About the role

Snap Rentals is looking for an organised and proactive Fleet Coordinator to join our team in Christchurch Central. You will be the central point for managing our vehicle fleet, ensuring smooth daily operations and supporting our hospitality and tourism services.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate the allocation and scheduling of rental vehicles across the fleet.
• Monitor vehicle maintenance, service schedules and compliance with safety standards.
• Track vehicle usage, mileage and fuel consumption, updating records accurately.
• Liaise with suppliers, garages and internal departments to resolve issues quickly.
• Maintain up‑to‑date fleet inventory and documentation.
• Assist with budgeting and cost‑control for fleet operations.
• Provide timely reports on fleet performance to management.
• Support the on‑site team with any ad‑hoc logistical needs.

Required profile

• Enjoy a busy, organised work environment and taking initiative.
• Comfortable working a Monday‑to‑Friday roster with weekends off.
• Reliable and able to work on‑site in Christchurch.
• Willing to wait for the right candidate if a notice period is required.
