Fleet Controller North Island

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Fleet Controller for the North Island to oversee the efficient operation of Europcar’s vehicle fleet in Auckland. The role involves managing vehicle availability, maintenance scheduling, and ensuring compliance with company standards.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and control the fleet of vehicles across the North Island, ensuring optimal utilisation.
• Coordinate maintenance, repairs and inspections, maintaining accurate records.
• Track vehicle movements, mileage and fuel consumption, reporting variances.
• Collaborate with procurement and operations teams to support vehicle acquisition and disposal.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety and regulatory requirements.

Required profile

• Strong organisational and analytical abilities.
• Experience in fleet or logistics management, preferably within the transport sector.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work with cross‑functional teams.
