About the role
Zealandia Horticulture is looking for enthusiastic nursery workers on a fixed‑term basis to care for plant seedlings in Heathcote Valley. The role runs from immediate start until February 2027, covering the spring and summer production periods.
Key responsibilities
- Monitor and nurture seedlings throughout their early growth stages.
- Assist in moving healthy seedlings to the next stage of the production process.
- Maintain a clean and organised nursery environment.
- Perform physical tasks such as bending, twisting and lifting product up to 20 kg.
Required profile
- Ready to start immediately and work on‑site for the contract duration.
- Physically capable of regular lifting and manual handling.
- Basic understanding of plant care is an advantage.
