About the role

Fire Solutions, Inc is seeking a Fire System Service Coordinator to join its growing team in Hobsonville, Auckland. This role supports the delivery and maintenance of fire safety systems for a range of clients, operating in a fast‑paced, industry‑leading environment.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate service schedules, installations and maintenance activities for fire systems.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring timely response to service requests.
• Maintain accurate records of service activities, contracts and compliance documentation.
• Collaborate with technical teams to resolve issues and improve service processes.
• Support contract administration and renewal processes.

Required profile

• Strong organisational and communication abilities.
• Experience in coordinating service operations, preferably within fire safety or related technical fields.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
