Financial Planning Analyst

About the role

The Financial Planning Analyst will support strategic investment decisions by delivering advanced financial modelling and analysis. Reporting to the Head of Capital, you will work closely with internal and external stakeholders across a globally‑connected RV business.

Key responsibilities

• Operate and maintain thl’s long‑term corporate financial model.
• Own the monthly data refresh and input process.
• Produce analysis and model outputs for stakeholder materials.
• Support the creation of stakeholder presentations and reports.
• Assist in preparing the company’s Business Plan with underlying financial data.
• Conduct scenario analysis and provide model outputs for business initiatives, forecasting, impairment and depreciation reviews.

Required profile

• Finance professional with advanced analytical abilities.
• Strong interpersonal skills to communicate with a diverse stakeholder base.
• Experience in Big 4 or mid‑tier corporate finance, investment banking, or internal corporate finance roles.
• CFA designation is advantageous.
• Proactive, self‑starter with an inquisitive mindset.
