Financial Control Lead

About the role

We are seeking a Financial Control Lead to join our Group Reporting team during a critical transformation phase that includes the rollout of a new Oracle enterprise system. Reporting to the Group Reporting Manager, you will act as the finance lead for our head‑office corporate entities and support the growing Asia‑Pacific business.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain the highest standards of accuracy and integrity for the corporate cost base.
• Allocate costs across Asia‑Pacific entities and ensure compliance with transfer‑pricing and cost‑management best practices.
• Collaborate with the wider finance team to drive continuous process improvements and efficiencies.
• Leverage Oracle and other market‑leading systems to enhance reporting and analytics.
• Introduce innovative ideas and support the finance function’s evolution alongside business and technology changes.

Required profile

• Finance professional with proven experience delivering high‑quality reporting and insights in complex organisations.
• Strong communication skills and ability to shape future finance capabilities.
• Professional accounting qualification (CA, CPA or equivalent).
• Solid understanding of large ERP systems, preferably Oracle.
