About the role

We are looking for a dedicated Financial Adviser to join our 31‑year‑old insurance organisation based in New Zealand. The role is full‑time and hybrid, allowing you to serve an established book of business while delivering annual reviews and tailored advice to our clients.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and grow a 31‑year book of business, providing regular policy reviews and recommendations.
• Deliver comprehensive insurance and superannuation solutions to individuals and families.
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through proactive communication and service.
• Identify leadership opportunities and contribute to team performance when results are achieved.

Required profile

• Qualified financial adviser with ability to interview for Level 5 LHD strand positions.
• Strong understanding of insurance, superannuation and brokerage products.
• Commitment to full‑time, hybrid work arrangement.
