Finance Manager

About the role

Join a mission‑driven, high‑growth technology business that is scaling internationally. As Finance Manager you will report to the Financial Controller, own day‑to‑day finance operations and have direct exposure to senior leadership, driving process improvements and delivering actionable insights.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with the Financial Controller to prepare monthly financial reports and provide insightful commentary for executive decision‑making.
• Own month‑end close activities, including preparation, review and continuous process improvement.
• Review and ensure accuracy of monthly customer billing while maintaining data integrity and strong customer relationships.
• Take full ownership of inventory management and accounting, collaborating cross‑functionally to resolve issues and ensure clean data integration.
• Liaise with local and international advisors to support financial statement preparation and tax compliance.
• Identify and champion process improvements across the finance function to build a more agile and efficient team.

Required profile

• CA qualified with 3–4+ years of hands‑on accounting experience in a professional services or in‑house environment.
• Proven management reporting experience with the ability to translate numbers into actionable business insight.
• Demonstrated ability to manage competing deadlines without compromising accuracy or quality.
• Experience with inventory management and costing is desirable.
• Strong communication skills and confidence engaging with both finance and non‑finance stakeholders.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel and/or Google Sheets.
• Experience with accounting platforms such as Xero, NetSuite or SAP.
• Inventory management and costing knowledge.
