Finance Business Partner – Retail & Property (Multiple Positions)

About the role

The Warehouse Group is seeking experienced Finance Business Partners to join our dynamic retail and property teams. You will provide commercial insight and strategic guidance to senior leaders, influencing decisions that drive value across our brands.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with senior business leaders for Warehouse, Warehouse Stationery and Group SSO functions.
• Own budgeting, forecasting and financial analysis for assigned portfolios.
• Develop and maintain financial models to evaluate strategic initiatives and cost programmes.
• Support property financials and enterprise CODB programmes.
• Influence commercial decisions through high‑quality analysis and clear communication.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Finance Business Partner or Commercial Advisor.
• Commercially astute with a strategic mindset.
• Strong analytical abilities and pragmatic work style.
• CA, CPA or CFA qualification.
• Experience in retail, supply‑chain or property environments.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Leadership capability to guide and develop finance specialists.
