Finance Business Partner

About the role

The Finance Business Partner will work closely with key stakeholders across the ANZ region to provide accurate forecasts, insightful analysis and robust financial reporting that support Constellation Brands New Zealand’s strategic objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver month‑end results, financial reporting and performance insights to the business.
• Own the ANZ forecasts, annual plans and long‑range planning processes.
• Analyse market share, volume and pricing trends to inform commercial decisions.
• Drive simplification, automation and enhancement of financial processes, reporting and analytical capabilities.
• Partner with business leaders to translate financial data into actionable recommendations.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in a commercial accounting role within FMCG or a similar industry.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and commercial acumen.
• Proven ability to build relationships, challenge assumptions and present findings confidently.
• Eligibility to work in New Zealand (citizenship, passport or current work visa).
