Finance Business Partner

About the role

Vista Group is seeking a commercially‑sharp Finance Business Partner to turn numbers into strategic decisions that guide the company’s growth. Reporting to the Head of Financial Planning & Analysis, you will act as the key bridge between Finance and the wider business across a multi‑entity, global environment.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with operational and senior stakeholders to provide commercial insights, challenge assumptions, and support strategic decision‑making.
• Support budgeting, forecasting and long‑range planning processes, proactively managing risks and opportunities.
• Deliver timely month‑end reporting with clear commentary and variance analysis.
• Leverage reporting tools to improve efficiency and drive data‑driven insights.
• Contribute to business cases, pricing and margin decisions using AI‑enabled analytics.

Required profile

• CA or CPA qualified (or equivalent) with experience in commercial finance or business partnering.
• Strong commercial acumen and ability to influence senior leaders.
• Proactive, adaptable mindset in a fast‑paced environment.
