Finance Business Partner

About the role

We are seeking a senior Finance Business Partner to provide commercial insight and strategic influence across a growing New Zealand business. You will work closely with operational leaders, turning complex financial data into actionable recommendations that drive performance and support long‑term outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse monthly results and collaborate with non‑finance leaders to improve performance.
• Lead budgeting and forecasting activities.
• Provide commercial oversight of key contracts, new product proposals and work initiatives.
• Develop financial models, scenario analyses and ROI calculations.
• Analyse cost of sales, margins and other performance metrics.
• Partner extensively with operational staff to embed financial insight.
• Undertake ad‑hoc projects as required.
