Finance Analyst

About the role

The Finance Analyst role is a generalist position within Contact’s Finance team, focused on core accounting and the delivery of accurate financial information. You will support month‑end reporting, planning, forecasting and a range of finance initiatives that underpin the company’s strategic decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare month‑end financial reporting and compliance outputs with a strong emphasis on quality.
• Support planning and forecasting cycles, contributing to performance reporting and insight.
• Provide clear financial analysis to aid decision‑making across the business.
• Partner with team and initiative leads to deliver reliable finance input for projects.
• Adapt to shifting priorities by working across various finance activities and initiatives.
• Build trusted relationships through clear communication with Finance and wider business stakeholders.
• Contribute to finance projects such as investment analysis, risk assessment, or assurance as experience grows.

Required profile

• Approximately 3 years of experience in financial accounting (audit experience is a plus).
• Strong foundation in financial reporting, controls, and compliance.
• Ability to deliver accurate and reliable financial outputs.
• Interest in understanding the story behind the numbers and supporting strategic decisions.
• Comfortable working across multiple tasks and engaging with diverse stakeholders.
