F&B Service Expert – Part‑time

About the role

Join the Four Points by Sheraton team in Auckland as an F&B Service Expert. You will help create memorable dining experiences for independent travellers by delivering friendly, efficient service throughout the restaurant’s operating hours.

Key responsibilities

• Set up and clear tables, ensuring a clean and welcoming environment.
• Communicate orders to the kitchen and serve food and beverages to guests.
• Maintain outlet cleanliness and complete daily checklists with attention to detail.
• Assist guests with menu information, special requests, and any additional needs.
• Support the broader Food & Beverage team with general operational tasks.

Required profile

• Relevant experience in a similar food‑and‑beverage service role.
• Legal right to work in New Zealand.
• Enthusiastic about advancing a career in hospitality.
• Self‑motivated, energetic and comfortable in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Ability to read menus and verify information accurately.
• Physical capability to stand, walk and lift items up to 25 lb (assisted up to 50 lb).
• Strong communication and guest‑service orientation.
