About the role
Elmswood Retirement Village is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join its aged care team on a five‑night rotation. You will work on‑site in a privately owned facility that prioritises clinical excellence and a supportive, close‑knit culture.
Key responsibilities
- Assess residents' health status, care needs and risk factors.
- Develop, implement and review individualized care plans.
- Deliver safe, timely and effective nursing care throughout night shifts.
- Coordinate with the on‑call Senior RN to ensure continuity of care.
- Document care activities accurately and maintain compliance with regulatory standards.
Required profile
- Current Registered Nurse qualification and practising licence.
- Demonstrated experience in aged residential care.
- Ability to work night shifts on a five‑night schedule.
- Strong commitment to patient safety and quality care.
