About the role
We are seeking an experienced Front‑of‑House Pass Master/Head Expeditor to join Botswana Butchery in Queenstown. You will be the central point for coordinating kitchen output and service flow, ensuring dishes leave the kitchen on time and reach guests in perfect condition.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the pass area, directing plates from kitchen to service staff.
- Communicate order priorities and timing to chefs and wait staff.
- Monitor food quality and presentation before service.
- Maintain a calm, organized environment during peak periods.
- Assist with training new team members on pass procedures.
Required profile
- Proven experience in a high‑volume restaurant or butchery environment.
- Ability to work under pressure while keeping a positive attitude.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
- Flexible schedule with willingness to work evenings and weekends.
