Experienced Mortgage Adviser – Auckland

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Mortgage Adviser to join our friendly Auckland team. You will work Monday to Friday, 8:30 am‑5:00 pm, providing expert lending advice to property investors and guiding them from pre‑approval through to settlement.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver high‑quality mortgage advice to investor clients throughout the purchase journey.
• Manage the full lending process, from pre‑approval to settlement, aiming to settle up to $50 million per year.
• Conduct approximately eight client meetings per week via Zoom.
• Build and maintain trusted relationships with clients, lenders, and internal loan writers.
• Collaborate with a team of six advisers and loan writers in a vibrant office environment.

Required profile

• Permanent Resident or New Zealand citizen.
• NZ Level 5 Certificate in Property Lending.
• Proven experience as a Mortgage Adviser or Lending Specialist.
• Strong knowledge of bank lending policies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
