Experienced ICT Project Manager

About the role

Lancom, an operating company of Lyra Technology Group, is seeking an experienced ICT Project Manager to lead the delivery of cloud, infrastructure and managed‑services projects for its Auckland clients. You will own projects from initiation through to handover, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget and to a high standard of customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end delivery of multiple concurrent ICT projects.
• Define and manage project scope, budgets, risks, timelines and reporting.
• Coordinate internal technical teams and external stakeholders.
• Facilitate customer meetings, workshops and status updates.
• Build strong client relationships and act as a trusted advisor.
• Prioritise competing demands across several active projects.
• Ensure smooth project handovers and positive customer outcomes.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of ICT project management experience, preferably in an MSP or technology services environment.
• Proven ability to manage several small‑to‑medium projects simultaneously.
• Strong customer engagement and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Experience delivering cloud and infrastructure solutions on AWS and/or Azure.
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 and related cloud technologies.
