Executive Assistant to Managing Director – Institutional

About the role
This is a unique opportunity to support the Managing Director, Institutional, within a high‑performing leadership team at ANZ. As an Executive Assistant you will provide trusted, proactive support that enables the Managing Director to focus on strategic priorities and keep the business running smoothly.
Key responsibilities
- Provide high‑quality administrative and operational support to ensure seamless day‑to‑day business activities.
- Manage complex diaries, calendars and inboxes, coordinate stakeholder meetings and organise domestic and international travel.
- Build and maintain strong internal and external relationships, fostering a collaborative team environment.
- Identify and implement improvements to administrative processes to enhance efficiency.
- Collaborate with the broader EA network to share ideas, balance workloads and maintain high standards.
Required profile
- Strong organisational and coordination skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
- Proactive, solutions‑focused mindset and confidence to anticipate needs and follow through with minimal direction.
- Excellent communication and relationship‑building abilities.
- Commitment to ANZ values and a customer‑focused culture.
