Excel Expert – Remote

About the role

We are seeking an Excel Expert to support the training of next‑generation AI systems. Working remotely, you will apply your deep Excel knowledge to create high‑quality, real‑world examples that help shape how AI models learn and reason.

Key responsibilities

• Review, analyse and improve complex Excel files used in business operations, strategy and data analysis.
• Provide detailed feedback and best‑practice examples for operational and consulting use cases (excluding finance).
• Design, document and share reusable templates or solutions that reflect expert Excel knowledge.
• Collaborate with the client’s team to identify key workflows and operational challenges represented in Excel documents.
• Evaluate and simulate real‑world business problems using advanced Excel functions and formulas.
• Produce clear written and verbal documentation, including instructional materials and case studies.

Required profile

• Expert‑level proficiency with Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions, pivot tables, data validation and automation tools.
• Proven experience building Excel solutions for business operations, strategy or consulting environments.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to solve complex, non‑financial business problems.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Self‑motivated, proactive and comfortable working independently in a remote setting.
