Excel Expert – Remote

About the role

We are looking for an Excel Expert to work remotely on a contract basis. You will use your deep knowledge of Microsoft Excel to help train next‑generation AI systems by providing high‑quality, real‑world Excel examples and feedback.

Key responsibilities

• Review, analyze, and enhance complex Excel files used in business operations, strategy, and data analysis.
• Provide detailed feedback and best‑practice examples for operational and consulting use cases (excluding finance).
• Design, document, and share Excel templates or solutions that reflect expert knowledge for AI learning.
• Collaborate with the client’s team to identify key workflows and operational challenges represented in Excel documents.
• Evaluate and simulate real‑world business problems using advanced Excel features and formulas.
• Communicate clearly in written and verbal formats, ensuring precise documentation.
• Contribute to the creation of data‑analysis case studies and operational scenarios leveraging Excel expertise.

Required profile

• Expert‑level proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions, pivot tables, data validation, and automation tools.
• Proven experience developing Excel solutions for business operations, strategy, or consulting environments.
• Strong analytical ability to solve complex, non‑financial business problems.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Ability to document processes, create instructional materials, and provide clear, actionable feedback.
• Self‑motivated and comfortable working independently in a remote setting.
