Event Manager – AI Trainer

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Event Manager to help train AI chat‑bots. You will design writing and editing tasks for the models, assess their outputs, and provide feedback to improve accuracy and performance. The role is fully remote and open to contractors based in New Zealand.

Key responsibilities

• Assign writing, editing, and content‑development tasks to AI chat‑bots.
• Evaluate the quality, correctness, and logical flow of the AI‑generated content.
• Identify performance gaps and suggest improvements to enhance model outputs.
• Maintain consistency with brand voice, grammar, and style guidelines.

Required profile

• Fluent in English at native or bilingual level.
• Detail‑oriented with an excellent command of grammar, style, and brand voice.
• Background in communications, journalism, or related fields is preferred.
• A current, in‑progress, or completed Bachelor’s degree is a plus but not mandatory.
