ESL Teacher – Teach Young Learners in China

About the role

English 1 is seeking enthusiastic English Second Language teachers to join its network of schools across China. You will work with children aged 3‑16, delivering dynamic, interactive lessons that follow the company’s award‑winning curriculum.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging English lessons for young learners in high‑energy classrooms.
• Utilise digital teaching tools and ready‑made materials to enhance learning.
• Monitor student progress, provide constructive feedback, and support individual growth.
• Participate in school events, cultural programs, and community activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• Valid passport and clean background check.
• Genuine interest in education, travel, and cultural exchange.
• ESL certification (TEFL, TESOL, CELTA) is a plus; sponsorship available.

Required skills

• Ability to use digital teaching platforms.
• Strong classroom management and communication skills.
