Equipment Service Supervisor

About the role

Join CablePrice as an Equipment Service Supervisor in Greymouth, supporting a team that serves the civil and mining sectors on New Zealand's West Coast. You will provide technical assistance, problem‑solving, and customer liaison while overseeing quoting, invoicing and service delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Assist technicians with technical support and fault diagnosis.
• Lead and develop a high‑performing service team.
• Prepare and manage quotes through Hitachi’s Global E networks.
• Process invoices and maintain accurate records.
• Build and sustain strong relationships with customers.

Required profile

• Significant experience in the heavy equipment and machinery industry.
• Proven ability to lead, mentor and grow a team.
• Strong mechanical capability and analytical thinking.
• Excellent diagnostic ability for complex equipment issues.
• Outstanding customer service, organisational and communication skills.
