Entry-Level English Teacher in China – Visa Sponsored

About the role

English 1 is seeking enthusiastic, entry‑level teachers to deliver English lessons to young learners (ages 3‑16) in schools across China. The position is full‑time, includes comprehensive training, and provides a legal work visa even for candidates with no prior teaching experience.

Key responsibilities

• Teach English using English 1’s award‑winning curriculum and digital tools.
• Design and deliver high‑energy, interactive lessons for children and teenagers.
• Provide constructive feedback to help students build confidence in their language skills.
• Participate in school events, cultural activities and student engagement programmes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• Valid passport and clean background check.
• Genuine interest in education, travel and cultural exchange.
• ESL certification (TEFL, TESOL, CELTA) is a plus – sponsorship available.
