Enterprise Systems Lead – TechnologyOne & Salesforce

About the role

The Salvation Army is looking for an experienced Enterprise Systems Lead to steer the strategic use of TechnologyOne and Salesforce across New Zealand, Fiji, Tonga and Samoa. You will act as the bridge between business teams, technology partners and system providers, ensuring our platforms support finance, HR, social services and IT objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the strategic use and continuous optimisation of TechnologyOne across the organisation.
• Partner with the Application Managed Services (AMS) provider to drive improvements and resolve complex issues.
• Champion data governance, system integration, reporting and process improvement initiatives.
• Translate business requirements into effective enterprise system solutions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, stakeholders and support partners.

Required profile

• Proven hands‑on experience with TechnologyOne in a business or enterprise environment.
• Experience working with Salesforce or similar enterprise platforms.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Strategic mindset with a focus on automation, insights and continuous improvement.
• Experience managing external technology partners and vendors.

What we offer

• Competitive salary $103,000 – $109,000 per year.
• 37.5‑hour work week (Monday‑Friday) at our Wellington headquarters.
