About the role
We are looking for an Enrolment Processing Officer to join the Electoral Commission New Zealand team in Mount Eden, Auckland. This fixed‑term, on‑site position will support the delivery of enrolment services ahead of the 2026 General Election, working closely with a dedicated team to ensure accurate voter registration.
Key responsibilities
- Process enrolment applications and updates in accordance with electoral legislation.
- Maintain and verify data integrity within the enrolment database.
- Provide timely assistance to the public and internal stakeholders regarding enrolment queries.
- Collaborate with team members to meet election‑related deadlines.
