English Teacher – Pearson Edexcel & Cambridge Pathway

About the role

Crimson Global Academy is seeking an outstanding English teacher to deliver the Pearson Edexcel and Cambridge GCSE/A Level programmes to a diverse, international student body. The role is fully online, allowing you to work with motivated learners who study at a level that matches their academic competence.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging English lessons for IGCSE and A‑Level students using the Edexcel and Cambridge curricula.
• Assess student progress, provide constructive feedback, and adapt instruction to individual needs.
• Utilise AI‑enhanced learning tools and the school’s cutting‑edge technology platform to support student achievement.
• Participate in extracurricular activities and contribute to the broader pastoral care network.

Required profile

• Current New Zealand teaching registration.
• Proven experience teaching English at secondary‑school level, preferably with IGCSE and/or A‑Level programmes.
• Strong commitment to student wellbeing and inclusive learning environments.
• Willingness to engage in extracurricular and pastoral duties.

Required skills

• Familiarity with online teaching platforms.
