English Second Language Teacher – Teach in China

About the role

English 1 is seeking passionate English Second Language (ESL) teachers to join its network of schools across China. You will work with young learners aged 3‑16, delivering dynamic, interactive lessons that follow the company’s award‑winning curriculum.

Key responsibilities

• Teach English to children and teenagers in high‑energy classrooms.
• Deliver engaging lessons using English 1’s curriculum and digital teaching tools.
• Track student progress, provide constructive feedback and support growth.
• Participate in school events, cultural programs and community activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• Valid passport.
• Genuine interest in education, travel and cultural exchange.
• Clean background check.
• ESL certification (TEFL, TESOL, CELTA) is a plus – sponsorship available.
