English Second Language Teacher (Ages 3‑16)

About the role

English 1 is seeking enthusiastic ESL teachers to join its network of schools in China. You will work with young learners aged 3‑16, delivering dynamic, interactive English lessons while immersing yourself in Chinese culture.

Key responsibilities

• Teach English to children and early teens in high‑energy classrooms.
• Deliver engaging lessons using English 1’s award‑winning curriculum and digital teaching tools.
• Monitor student progress, provide constructive feedback, and support individual growth.
• Take part in school events, cultural programs, and community activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• Valid passport.
• Genuine interest in education, travel, and cultural exchange.
• Clean background check.
• ESL certification (TEFL, TESOL, CELTA) is a plus – sponsorship available.
