About the role

Key responsibilities

• Provide high‑quality emergency care to diverse patient groups, including trauma, paediatrics, mental health and complex medical cases.
• Participate in rapid decision‑making in a fast‑paced, high‑acuity setting.
• Mentor and support junior doctors and medical students.
• Contribute to departmental development through your special interests and expertise.

Required profile

• Medical graduate with appropriate registration, eligible for ACEM, ACRRM or RACGP training.
• Strong interest in emergency medicine and willingness to undertake a structured training program.
• Ability to work in a high‑pressure, team‑oriented environment.

Required skills

• Ultrasound proficiency (ED special‑skills ultrasound).
