Electrical Site Manager

About the role

We are a progressive electrical business seeking an experienced Electrical Site Manager to lead delivery on commercial projects across Auckland. You will own programme, people and performance, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time and to the highest quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Lead supervisors, foremen and site teams across multiple work fronts.
• Manage day‑to‑day site operations, planning and sequencing work to meet programme targets.
• Coordinate labour, materials and subcontractors while maintaining strong client and contractor relationships.
• Drive productivity, accountability and overall site performance.
• Oversee quality, commissioning and project handover.
• Maintain rigorous Health & Safety standards on all works.

Required profile

• Confident team leader with a proactive, solution‑focused approach.
• Strong commercial awareness and decision‑making ability.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Commitment to quality, safety and doing things properly.

Required skills

• NZ Electrical Registration.
• Current Practising Licence.
