eCommerce Coordinator

About the role

Flo & Frankie is looking for a passionate eCommerce Coordinator to join the Digital Marketing team at the Parnell Head Office. You will own the CRM and email strategy, support paid‑media growth and optimise the online customer journey across New Zealand and Australia.

Key responsibilities

• Manage Klaviyo end‑to‑end: campaigns, segmentation, automation flows and reporting.
• Support and eventually own Google Ads performance in partnership with an agency.
• Maintain Google Merchant Centre, product feeds and website content.
• Assist SEO and AI‑driven search visibility initiatives.
• Analyse performance using GA4, Klaviyo, Profit Peak and AI tools, turning insights into recommendations.
• Monitor customer behaviour, competitor activity and industry trends to improve the digital experience.
• Collaborate with Customer Care to identify online pain points and enhance website journeys.
• Execute the eCommerce calendar, delivering campaigns, promotions and key trading moments.
• Continuously test, learn and optimise conversion, engagement and loyalty.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in eCommerce, CRM/lifecycle or digital marketing (agency or brand side).
• Hands‑on experience with Klaviyo or a similar CRM platform.
• Strong understanding of eCommerce principles, customer journeys and performance metrics.
• Comfortable working with data and analytics to produce clear recommendations.
• Proactive problem‑solver with a test‑and‑learn mindset.
