Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations Solution Architect

About the role

DXC Technology is expanding its Microsoft Business Applications practice and seeks a seasoned Solution Architect to lead complex Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations transformation programmes for enterprise and government clients. You will combine architectural expertise, functional leadership, and customer engagement to deliver high‑quality Finance and Supply Chain Management solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead solution architecture for Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations implementations across Finance and Supply Chain Management.
• Conduct discovery workshops, fit‑gap analyses, and solution design sessions with customers.
• Provide architectural guidance to functional consultants, technical architects, and developers throughout the project lifecycle.
• Drive governance, design authority, and quality assurance during configuration, testing, deployment, and transition.
• Identify risks, dependencies, and opportunities to ensure successful project outcomes.
• Build trusted relationships with stakeholder groups and offer strategic guidance.
• Mentor junior consultants and contribute to practice growth through knowledge sharing.

Required profile

• Extensive experience delivering Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations solutions.
• Strong functional expertise in Finance and Supply Chain Management modules.
• Proven track record as a Solution Architect or Lead Functional Consultant on end‑to‑end D365 F&O implementations.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and workshop facilitation skills.
• Experience working in consulting or professional services environments.
