Dispatch Support Administrator - Immediate Start

About the role

This temporary position supports the dispatch team in a fast‑moving transport operation. You will help coordinate daily deliveries, keep dispatch records up to date, and ensure smooth communication between internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Support dispatchers with the coordination of daily deliveries.
• Process and update dispatch information in the system.
• Prepare and manage dispatch documentation.
• Perform data entry and system updates.
• Liaise with internal teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Carry out general administration duties as required.

Required profile

• Strong computer literacy and confidence learning new systems.
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a busy environment.
• Strong communication skills.
• Previous experience or knowledge in transport or logistics is advantageous but not essential.
• Flexibility to work weekends when required.
• Availability for an immediate start and to work 11:00 am – 10:00 pm, Monday to Friday.
• Commitment to a temporary assignment of approximately 3‑6 months.
