Digital Solution Architect

About the role

As a Digital Solution Architect you will lead digital transformation initiatives for a New Zealand‑owned technology consultancy. You will work with cross‑functional teams to design, develop and implement innovative cloud and hybrid solutions that solve complex business challenges.

Key responsibilities

• Act as a trusted advisor to customers, understanding business and technical needs and delivering tailored Azure‑based solutions.
• Create functional design specifications and reference architectures using well‑architected frameworks.
• Lead the development of innovative cloud solutions and troubleshoot complex Azure or hybrid issues.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure coordinated delivery of comprehensive cloud services.
• Mentor and guide other architects and engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience as an architect or 8+ years delivering Azure technical leadership.
• Proven ability to engage with both business and technical stakeholders.
• Strong technical leadership with a focus on standardisation and quality improvement.
• Eligibility to work in New Zealand.
