Digital Media Planner – Join Fast‑Growing Global Brands

About the role

ZURU is seeking experienced media planners to join its fast‑growing Paid Media team, supporting ZURU Toys and ZURU Edge brands worldwide. The role offers real ownership of budgets and strategic impact across disruptive consumer brands.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and activate paid‑media strategies and full‑funnel campaigns for global brands such as XSHOT, Mini Brands, MONDAY Haircare, DAISE, Rascals and BONKERS.
• Manage media relationships and investment across multiple international markets.
• Work directly with platform partners including Google, TikTok, Meta, Walmart Connect and Roundel to secure first‑mover access, betas and creative partnerships.
• Own end‑to‑end media planning or lead channel strategy for a portfolio of challenger brands.

Required profile

• Proven experience in paid media planning, buying or strategy – from entry‑level to senior leadership.
• Demonstrated ability to handle real budgets and deliver measurable impact.
• Passion for fast‑moving, data‑driven consumer brands operating at global scale.
