Digital Marketing Specialist

About the role

Werk Agency is seeking a proactive Digital Marketing Specialist with 3‑5 years of hands‑on experience. You will own end‑to‑end paid media campaigns, turning client briefs into high‑performing digital initiatives across Meta, Google, TikTok and other platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, build, launch and optimise paid campaigns on Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads and TikTok Ads Manager.
• Translate client briefs into detailed media plans, audience structures, tracking setups and testing frameworks.
• Manage budgets throughout the campaign lifecycle, ensuring pacing, spend checks and accurate documentation.
• Align media plan, platform spend and invoicing to keep financials transparent.
• Analyse performance beyond surface metrics, asking strategic questions about audience reach, creative effectiveness and budget pacing.
• Collaborate with account, creative and strategy teams to keep campaigns moving and ideas well executed.
• Champion a culture of testing, learning and continuous improvement.
• Advocate for digital marketing within the agency and with clients, improving workflows through automation and smart processes.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of experience in digital, paid or performance marketing.
• Confidence using Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads and TikTok Ads Manager.
• Strong grasp of campaign structure, audience targeting, budgeting, tracking, creative testing, optimisation and reporting.
• Highly organised, process‑driven and able to maintain clean commercial records.
• Solution‑focused thinker with commercial awareness and the ability to adapt tactics to client goals.
• Clear communicator who can explain performance without jargon.
• Proactive, curious and eager to drive results.
