Digital Marketing Specialist – HubSpot & Campaign Management

About the role

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to join our Auckland team and help drive customer engagement and brand consistency across platforms. You will work closely with the Australian marketing team and internal stakeholders to optimise our HubSpot environment and deliver data‑driven campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the Marketing Requests inbox, triage and prioritise tasks, and meet agreed SLAs.
• Build and coordinate HubSpot campaigns, including eDMs, landing pages, microsites, lists and workflows.
• Support HubSpot optimisation for New Zealand and align with the Australian team.
• Identify and implement marketing automation and workflow improvements.
• Assist with campaign reporting and performance analysis across HubSpot and other platforms.
• Plan and execute social media marketing activities to amplify campaigns and maintain brand consistency.
• Improve workflow efficiency between business units and the design team.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure initiatives align with business objectives.

Required profile

• Tertiary degree in a relevant field preferred but not required.
• Agile, solutions‑focused mindset with strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Self‑motivated, proactive, and able to work well in a team.
• Hands‑on experience with HubSpot or a similar platform.
• Familiarity with Adobe Workfront and the Adobe Creative Suite.
• Baseline knowledge of social media platforms.
• Intermediate Microsoft Office skills.
