Digital Marketing Manager – Lead Multi‑Channel Campaigns

About the role

Join Skills Group to shape the digital presence of Skills Institute across New Zealand. In this hands‑on role you will own end‑to‑end campaigns, drive learner acquisition and contribute to the organisation’s growth through innovative digital strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, launch and optimise multi‑channel digital marketing campaigns.
• Drive lead generation, engagement and conversion activities.
• Manage digital journeys across CRM, email marketing, social media and website platforms.
• Use analytics and reporting tools to monitor performance and provide actionable insights.
• Improve SEO, digital discoverability and overall customer experience.
• Collaborate with internal teams and agency partners to deliver impactful campaigns.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in digital marketing or a similar role.
• Strong background in paid digital, eDMs, CRM and website optimisation.
• Excellent communication skills and confidence to build strong relationships.
• Motivated, ideas‑driven and comfortable taking ownership.
• Strong analytical capability with experience using digital reporting tools.
• Enjoys variety, collaboration and contributing to meaningful outcomes.
