Digital Marketing Coordinator

About the role

We are looking for a creative and organised Digital Marketing Coordinator to help SELMA showcase its SaaS education platform across web, design, social, email and events. You will own the execution of campaigns from day one and see the impact of your work immediately.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and update the Webflow website, ensuring fresh content and SEO‑friendly pages.
• Manage on‑page SEO and monitor performance via Google Search Console.
• Contribute to GEO and LLM search optimisation for AI‑generated results.
• Design social media graphics, email assets and event collateral in Canva following brand guidelines.
• Plan and publish organic content on LinkedIn and Meta platforms.
• Execute email marketing campaigns using Zoho Campaigns.
• Run paid social campaigns through LinkedIn Campaign Manager and Meta Ads Manager.
• Coordinate SELMA’s presence at industry conferences in New Zealand and Australia.
• Track campaign performance and produce monthly reports.

Required profile

• Background or education in digital marketing, communications, design or a related field.
• Genuine passion for software, SaaS or education.
• Strong design instincts and confidence using Canva.
• Clear writing ability with adaptable tone for different audiences.
• Comfortable maintaining a Webflow site and understanding basic SEO.
• Highly organised, self‑directed and able to follow tasks through.
• Curiosity about the future of digital marketing, especially AI‑driven search.
