Digital & Ecommerce Manager

About the role

Partridge Jewellers, a leading luxury retailer of premium watch and jewellery brands, is seeking a digitally‑savvy Digital & Ecommerce Manager. You will own the online experience, driving growth across the website, product launches and digital campaigns while collaborating with internal teams and external agencies.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day operations and optimisation of the ecommerce platform, ensuring a seamless, high‑quality customer journey.
• Create and launch product, campaign and merchandising content that showcases luxury brands and drives sales.
• Coordinate with web developers, media partners, photographers and agency partners to deliver best‑in‑class digital outcomes.
• Analyse performance data across SEO, paid media, email marketing and site optimisation to increase traffic, engagement and conversion rates.
• Lead digital projects such as new functionality implementation, customer‑journey improvements and campaign roll‑outs.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in digital marketing, ecommerce or content‑focused roles (agency or in‑house).
• Strong curiosity for digital trends and a passion for delivering premium customer experiences.
• Excellent written and visual communication skills with meticulous attention to brand consistency.
• Organised, proactive and comfortable juggling multiple tasks and deadlines.
