Digital Designer

About the role

Digitas, a leading connected experience agency in Australia, is seeking a mid‑level Digital Designer to join its Melbourne studio. You will work on a variety of digital touchpoints, from websites and landing pages to CRM communications and campaign assets, turning concepts into engaging experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Design user‑focused digital experiences across CRM, customer journeys, websites, landing pages, EDMs and other digital channels.
• Translate briefs into compelling visual solutions from concept through to final delivery.
• Collaborate closely with copywriters, strategists, developers and account teams to bring ideas to life.
• Produce high‑quality static, interactive and motion‑based assets that adhere to brand guidelines.
• Present design rationale, incorporate feedback and manage multiple projects while maintaining attention to detail.
• Explore AI tools and emerging technologies to enhance creative workflows.
• Contribute to the evolution of design systems, assets and best practices.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of digital design experience within an agency environment.
• Strong portfolio showcasing work on websites, customer experiences, CRM or digital campaigns.
• Ability to work autonomously, thrive in collaborative settings and manage several priorities simultaneously.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Figma.
