Digital Content Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Digital Content Specialist to join IAG’s digital team in Auckland. You will shape customer experiences by creating, publishing and optimising content across our websites and digital channels.

Key responsibilities

• Produce and publish digital content across websites and digital platforms, ensuring accuracy, consistency and high‑quality customer experiences.
• Build and update web pages using content management systems, aligning content with brand guidelines and customer needs.
• Manage content workflows and approval processes to ensure compliance and timely delivery.
• Analyse website performance data to improve content, user experience and overall digital engagement.
• Optimise content for search engines by applying SEO best practices.
• Collaborate with product, marketing and other cross‑functional teams to test, learn and continuously improve digital journeys.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing digital content across websites, preferably in complex or regulated environments.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to handle multiple priorities under pressure.
• Collaborative mindset with a passion for enhancing customer experiences through great content.

Required skills

• Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) or similar CMS platforms.
• Search Engine Optimisation (SEO) principles and techniques.
• Data analytics to inform content decisions.
