Digital Content Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Digital Content Manager to shape and deliver compelling digital experiences for our customers. You will own website content, drive SEO performance and collaborate closely with marketing, SEO partners and digital squads.

Key responsibilities

• Create, optimise and publish digital content that enhances our website and customer experience.
• Drive SEO performance and support digital growth across Tower platforms.
• Work with marketing, SEO partners and digital squads to bring ideas to life.
• Use data, insights and testing to continuously improve performance and customer outcomes.

Required profile

• Five+ years of experience in a content manager role within a medium to large organisation.
• Strong experience writing both long‑form and short‑form digital content.
• Solid understanding of web structure, governance and content best practices.
• Proven ability to work with cross‑functional teams including UX/UI, developers and marketers.
• Excellent communication, organisational skills and attention to detail.
