Digital Consultant

About the role

Join Beca’s Digital team as a Digital Consultant and help external and internal clients solve complex, real‑world problems through digital solutions. You will work across a variety of projects in New Zealand and globally, applying project management, business analysis and data analytics expertise to deliver outcomes that improve communities, cities and regions.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to understand client needs and translate them into clear, actionable requirements.
• Design, scope and deliver digital solutions using off‑the‑shelf platforms, Beca products and bespoke approaches.
• Contribute to solution design, delivery, testing and continuous improvement for both internal initiatives and client projects.
• Build trusted relationships with clients, ensuring expectations are met and value is demonstrated.
• Support teams in change management and adoption of digital services.

Required profile

• Enjoy working across diverse industries and disciplines to develop digital offerings.
• Comfortable engaging with clients, asking insightful questions and creating clarity around problem statements.
• Curious, practical and able to thrive in situations where solutions are not pre‑defined.
• Interest in engineering, asset management or related sectors is a plus.
