Digital Change Analyst (Intermediate)

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Digital Change Analyst to join the Digital PMO at Auckland Airport. This intermediate‑level position offers hands‑on exposure to digital change initiatives across the airport, focusing on learning materials, documentation, and user readiness.

Key responsibilities

• Support Change Managers with project activities, analysis and delivery of communications.
• Plan, create and deliver engagement, training and communication materials.
• Assess training needs, develop training plans and facilitate workshops.
• Produce and maintain learning documentation such as quick reference guides and user support content.
• Assist with stakeholder engagement and ensure clear, high‑quality documentation.

Required profile

• Intermediate experience in change‑related work (change, training or communications).
• Proven ability to create clear, engaging training materials in print and digital formats.
• Strong analytical capability to translate data into user‑friendly insights.
• Ambition to develop into a Change Manager.
• Excellent communication skills and confidence engaging stakeholders at all levels.
• Customer‑centric mindset with a purpose‑driven, values‑aligned approach.
