Digital Asset Designer

About the role

We are looking for a Digital Asset Designer to join a well‑known organisation with a busy marketing calendar. You will create a wide variety of assets for paid media, social, EDM, web and print, ensuring every piece is sharp, on‑brand and ready for performance‑driven campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Design high‑volume marketing assets across multiple channels while maintaining brand consistency.
• Translate briefs into clear, engaging creative that supports performance, brand and customer‑experience goals.
• Collaborate with marketing and internal stakeholders to understand objectives, recommend creative approaches and meet deadlines.
• Adapt layouts and formats for different audiences and channels, preparing files for both digital delivery and print production.
• Contribute to improving templates, toolkits and workflows to increase speed and quality of output.

Required profile

• Proven experience producing large volumes of marketing assets across several formats.
• Strong visual craft with focus on layout, typography, hierarchy and brand application.
• Ability to manage competing priorities, respond quickly to feedback and keep stakeholders informed.

Required skills

• Advanced Adobe Creative Suite skills (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop).
• Confidence preparing files for digital delivery and print production.
• Familiarity with Figma, Canva, basic motion graphics or simple video editing is a plus.
