About the role
As Design Director at Colenso, you will lead the creative and strategic direction of design work across the agency, working hands‑on with a variety of brands, campaigns and projects.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and shape the design vision for client projects and internal agency work.
- Provide hands‑on design direction, creative problem solving and detailed execution.
- Mentor and inspire design teams, fostering a collaborative culture.
- Help grow the agency’s design capability and raise overall standards.
- Present and articulate design concepts to internal teams and clients.
Required profile
- Strong creative leader with exceptional design craft and conceptual thinking.
- Experience across brand, campaign and digital projects.
- Confident presenter of creative ideas to teams and clients.
- Passionate about creativity, culture and pushing work to the next level.
- Collaborative team player who enjoys mentoring others.
